Comfortable stay with helpful staff

Despite some initial room changes due to cleanliness issues, my family eventually settled into a comfortable room. The receptionists were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast far exceeded expectations with a variety of hearty options, setting a positive tone for our visit.

Stocked and beautifully decorated units with a bath tub, jacuzzi, as for instance. Early check-in, exceptionally nice location adjacent to choicest restaurants, shopping malls, Milcreek mall, Gas Station, the mill creek mall, and all conveniences...

The location was great for Erie, right by restaurants and stores, and Splash Lagoon.

The breakfast staff is a whirlwind of efficiency and cheer. The cleanliness is immaculate, and the pool is a decent size for some quick laps.

looks like we've got a "temp" checking in. not very friendly, no clue where the elevators are or the rooms are. later staff was all top notch.

The recently renovated rooms were clean and quiet, perfect for resting on a road trip. the breakfast was underwhelming—just basic options like toast and cereal, though fine for kids. The pool area had some maintenance issues and the quality of the towels could be improved. One disappointing aspect was the initial room cleanliness; some overlooked details raised concerns. Still, there’s a comforting familiarity to this place that makes it a decent choice for travelers.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Erie. The room was brand-new with a jacuzzi tub and the staff was courteous. The breakfast had lots of food, like cereal and scrambled eggs. Its location was central, an easy walk to Family First Sports Park.

The food was reasonably priced, making dining options accessible. the hotel has a central location, providing easy access to shopping stores. it is conveniently situated near the indoor waterpark, with bars nearby for a drink or two. guests can enjoy the proximity to Presque Isle State Park and the Erie Zoo.

The indoor swimming pool was a delight, perfect for a splash after a long day! I loved the warm lighting in my room and that pancake-making machine at breakfast was a total game changer. The staff was super friendly and helped me find the best local eats!

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Easy access to I-79 and I-90 makes travel simple. The pool is great, and family guests were respectful—an improvement from previous visits. Friendly staff across the board. breakfast options could use enhancement. The scrambled eggs and sausage leave much to be desired. Comfortable beds and an excellent channel selection kept us satisfied during our brief stay. A decent Wi-Fi connection supported my needs. The room cleanliness could improve; humid conditions and dusty corners were noticeable. The A/C unit needs replacement, as it’s loud and ineffective. Staff assistance during our need for towels could have been more courteous. A renovation would do wonders.

My recent stay near erie for shopping and a hockey game was lovely! the clean rooms with a mini fridge and microwave were a plus, but noisy. Breakfast was disappointing, though. Staff were friendly and helpful 🌟.
